Spezia Bistro, Sec 104, Noida: A Mixed Experience
Located on the second floor of a buzzing area in Sector 104, Spezia Bistro is one of the most popular cafes in Noida. With its peppy and spacious ambiance, it’s a trendy hangout spot for friends, family dinners, kitty parties, or a cozy dinner date.
The café is easily accessible via elevator, although you’ll need to climb a few steps to get to it. Once inside, you’ll be greeted by aesthetically pleasing décor that’s totally Instagram-worthy. The seating is ample, offering both comfort and privacy.
Ambiance & Décor: Spezia Bistro scores high marks for its ambiance. The décor is chic and modern, perfect for photos and those Insta-worthy moments. The peppy vibe of the café makes it a great spot for casual hangouts. With its spacious layout and aesthetically pleasing design, you’ll enjoy the surroundings as much as the food.
Food: The food at Spezia Bistro, while tasty, can feel slightly overpriced for what it delivers. The flavors are good, but not exceptional enough to justify the steep prices. That being said, certain dishes do stand out. The soft, pillowy garlic knots and the flavorful pan pizza were mouthwatering highlights. Their beverages, especially the Jamuntini with its unique popsicle presentation, were a delightful surprise and one of the best drinks we had. The dim sum, especially the Zesty Dimsums in Chili Oil, came highly recommended, and we weren’t disappointed.
The momos platter is a must-try, offering a wide variety of flavors to satisfy any momo lover. While pizzas here rival popular chains like Domino’s and Pizza Hut in terms of taste, they come with a price tag that might make you think twice.
Service: Unfortunately, service is where Spezia Bistro fell short during our visit. Despite being the first customers of the day, the service was extremely slow. We ordered three items and requested them to be served together, but instead, they were brought out one after the other with long gaps in between.
This delay, even in an empty restaurant, was frustrating and took away from the overall experience. The staff was apologetic and compensated us with a complimentary ice cream, but given that there were only a few customers, the service delays were unjustified.
Special mention to Manoj, one of the staff members, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which helped soften the disappointment of the slow service.
Accessibility & Parking: Spezia Bistro is located on the second floor and accessible via an elevator, though there are a few steps before reaching it. Parking, however, can be tricky, with limited street parking options available and often requiring you to use paid parking nearby.
Final Verdict: Spezia Bistro offers a vibrant atmosphere with delicious food and unique drinks, making it a great spot for hanging out with friends or even for special occasions like kitty parties and dinner dates. However, the slow service during non-peak hours is a drawback that can be frustrating for customers. If you’re looking for an aesthetically pleasing café with great drinks and decent food, Spezia Bistro is worth visiting—just don’t go there in a rush!
