DumJosh Sector 104 Noida Review: A Cozy Spot for Authentic North Indian Food
Celebrating birthdays over good food with family is always special, and this time my celebration led me to DumJosh, Sector 104, Noida. From the moment we walked in, the place gave off a welcoming vibe that instantly set the mood for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. What followed was a memorable dining experience filled with bold North Indian flavors, cozy interiors, and a few honest highs and lows that every food lover appreciates in a genuine review.
Why We Chose DumJosh for a Birthday Family Dinner
One of the first things that caught my attention was the ambience. DumJosh strikes a beautiful balance between cozy and trendy, making it ideal for casual dinners, family gatherings, or even small celebrations. The lighting is soft, the décor modern yet comfortable, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and inviting.
What truly stood out was their spacious seating arrangement. Accommodating large families can be challenging in many restaurants, but DumJosh handles it with ease. They can comfortably seat a group of up to 16 people, which is quite rare in Noida. This makes it a great choice for birthdays, anniversaries, or festive get-togethers.
The noise level was very quiet, allowing us to enjoy conversations without distractions, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience.
Flavourful North Indian Food That Truly Impresses
Now let’s talk about what matters the most — the food. DumJosh shines when it comes to North Indian cuisine. Every dish we ordered was packed with strong, authentic flavors, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented with a modern touch.
The Indian gravies were simply fabulous. Rich, aromatic, and well-balanced, they delivered the kind of taste that reminds you why North Indian food is so loved. The dal makhani deserves a special mention — creamy, slow-cooked, and deeply flavorful, it was easily one of the highlights of our meal.
Their signature kebabs were equally impressive — juicy, well-spiced, and grilled just right. Paired with the soft and buttery garlic naan, the combination was irresistible. We also tried the missi roti, which was nicely cooked and complemented the gravies perfectly.
Each plate arrived well-presented, showing attention to detail and consistency in quality.
A Sweet Ending with Malpua Rabadi
To end the meal on a sweet note, I ordered the Malpua Rabadi, and it was the perfect dessert choice. Soft, indulgent, and rich in traditional flavors, it rounded off our dinner beautifully. If you enjoy classic Indian desserts, this one is definitely worth ordering.
Service Experience: Mostly Good, with Minor Letdowns
The service was prompt and attentive for most of the evening, and the staff was polite and accommodating. However, there were a couple of disappointments worth mentioning.
Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the service felt slightly slow at times, which was unexpected. Additionally, a few items on the menu were unavailable, including pasta and pizza. This was disappointing, especially since my niece was really looking forward to ordering them. A more updated menu or better communication would definitely improve the overall experience.

Final Verdict: Is DumJosh Sector 104 Worth Visiting?
Overall, DumJosh, Sector 104, Noida, is an absolute gem for anyone who loves authentic North Indian cuisine served in a comfortable and stylish setting. While there is slight room for improvement in service speed and menu availability, the food quality, ambience, and spacious seating more than make up for it.
