Let’s be real—some days, finding a full 60-minute window for the gym feels like a total fairy tale. 🦄 

Between the hustle, the meetings, and the "to-do" list that never ends, fitness usually gets pushed to the back burner.

But what if I told you that you don't need a massive time block to see results?

Enter: The Micro-Workout. ⏱️

Think of these as "fitness snacks." They are short, 1-to-10 minute bursts of movement designed to keep your metabolism humming and your energy levels high without needing a shower and a change of clothes afterward.

Why they work: Consistency > Intensity. Doing 5 minutes of movement four times a day adds up to 20 minutes of daily activity you otherwise wouldn't have had!

How to sneak them in:

1. The Coffee Squat: Do 20 air squats while your morning coffee is brewing. ☕️
