Here is the 5-Day Micro-Workout Schedule designed Just for you. Hope this will help.

😊Day 1: The "Morning Brew" Burn
The Timing: While your coffee/tea is brewing.

The Move: 30 Seconds of Countertop Push-ups + 30 Seconds of High Knees.

The Goal: Wake up your metabolism before your first sip.

😊Day 2: The "Email Power-Hour" Plank
The Timing: Right after you clear your inbox or finish a big task.

The Move: 60-Second Plank.

The Goal: Reset your posture and strengthen your core after sitting.

😊Day 3: The "Waiting for Lunch" Lower Body
The Timing: While your lunch is in the microwave or you're waiting for your order.

The Move: 20 Slow Air Squats + 20 Calf Raises.
